My name is Dave, and like a lot of people who end up on a site like this, I spent a long time dreaming about something different. Different than the alarm clock. Different than the commute. Different than trading my best hours for someone else’s bottom line.
I wanted financial freedom – the kind where you’re not watching the clock, not asking for time off, and not wondering if your paycheck will stretch to the end of the month. You probably know exactly what I mean.
That’s what brought me to affiliate marketing. And honestly? It didn’t start smoothly.
My Messy Beginning
When I first started looking into affiliate marketing, I was super-excited, but completely overwhelmed. Every website seemed to contradict the last one. Every YouTube video promised a shortcut that turned into a dead end. I bought into programs that over-delivered on hype and under-delivered on everything else.
